nokia_logo.jpg Wednesday February 25th Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo said in a TV interview by Finlands public service YLE that Nokia is considering entering the mini laptop market to gain new ground. Nokia already has the Linux based N810i that is as close to a mini portable as possible at the moment.
As it seems Nokia believe in the mini portable business segment and if the margins are pointing towards a profit there is definitely a chance to see Nokia producing mini laptops.

Kallasvuo predicts that within a 5 year period the mobile phone and the mini laptops will unite into a single segment and it is important for Nokia to be a part of the unification between the two business segments.
