I can not understand why you are treating your customer like you do. I actually found some of the information regarding your CarePack ADP and it does state repair or replacement within 5 days unless there is circumstances wout of HP and/or repair center.

HP I have to say that HP have to give a little more compensation to their customers if the repair time will take longer than 4 weeks or find a rapid solution if the item cannot be fixed/replaced within a certain time frame. The compensation according to HP is 8 weeks and it is unacceptable. I would settle with 4 weeks but not longer, if it would take longer I want to see a rapid solution without any questions.

Another problem I seen with HP here is their back rubbing with them self and with the repair centers. I never been able to get a complaint forwarded to the repair center unless I called them my self. As I see it complaint department is not for making customers angry but try to settle the problem and find a solution for a customer and not always defend them self.

Show some goodwill instead of making your customers angry!
